WATER MEDITATION
Sensory Journey.
Water meditation invites you to experience the element of water with all your senses. Gentle breathing exercises and the sound of water instruments, such as the ocean drum, take participants on a journey – waves crashing, the sea breathing. A sound journey that takes you into the depths of the sea. The gentle vibrations and sounds set the inner water in motion and provide deep relaxation.
As a rule, I always start my work with a (short) meditation. A complete water meditation can last between 1 – 3 hours. This is where my expertise from yoga, yoga nidra, pranayama and Tibetan singing bowl training comes into play.

BLESSING
Mother Earth.
Water is more than a substance – it is a being, a river of life that flows through us and connects everything. It carries stories, moves through oceans, clouds and bodies, flows through time and memories. But in our modern world, this connection has often faded. We drink it, use it, drain it – but how often do we really encounter it?
Blessing water means for me consciously perceiving it, seeing it not just as a means to an end, but as something that lives, that listens, that responds. When we bless water, we are not just speaking to it – we are reminding ourselves of our connection with everything that exists. It is an act of reconnection, a gesture of respect for that which sustains, nourishes and heals us.
Many traditions know about the power of water and its receptivity to vibration, sound and intention. Words of gratitude, an attentive look, a touch – all of these not only change the water, but also ourselves. Because when we meet the water with love, we also meet ourselves with more mindfulness.
In a world that often separates and disenchants, we can learn again through water what it means to be connected. Every drop is part of the great cycle – just like us.
Whether in groups, at events or in individual encounters – I accompany people in seeing water with new eyes and understanding themselves as part of this great cycle again.

My formats combine ancient wisdom with modern approaches: Sound instruments such as the ocean drum, guided meditations and intuitive rituals help us to enter into a deeper connection with water and ourselves. It is about honoring the element, listening to its stories and becoming aware of its healing power.
